This is my first official update on AI, and yes — we’re all over the latest trends! But more importantly, we’re focused on using this technology in smart, practical ways that actually help you, our clients.

Over the past few months, my team and I have been diving deep into AI — learning, testing, and carefully analyzing how it fits into our workflow. There’s a lot of hype out there, but we only implement what’s been proven to work.

We recently compared a Google Ads campaign run entirely by Google’s AI versus one managed by our own team, led by a former Google manager with hands-on expertise.

We evaluated AI receptionists and were seriously impressed — they answered questions smoothly and booked appointments with a surprisingly human feel.

We’ve also seen major time and cost savings using AI-generated videos. While they’re not quite at pro-level quality yet, they’re great for quick turnarounds.

A Word of Warning

With AI-generated content, especially copywriting, be cautious—some versions can be flagged by Google or seem plagiarized. It’s best to use AI as a starting point, then refine the content with a real person’s touch.
